Richinol Quarry
In 1986 ARE Quarries extend the Richinol quarries are located within the council of Melide and Coruña. One of the three quarries was accredited by RENFE in 1999.
The high quality of the minerals turn this quarry into the jewel of the crown, which is augured a life of more than 50 years.
The material extracted of one of these quarries is anfibalita that is used to make subballast and ballast.
